Searching the Element Tree

You can use the Element Tree pane to quickly locate a Documaker element within a Documaker document.

To search for an element using the Element Tree

1. From the View Group, select Tree.

The Element Tree opens.

2. In the Find field, enter a name or partial name of the element. You can also do wildcard searches.
3. Click .

The element in the Element Tree is highlighted and its properties displayed below.

You can go to the highlighted element in the document, edit it, or delete it.
